Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the indoor pool is a nice touch. Breakfast options were limited and ran out quickly.

Breakfast options were decent, especially with hot items like sausage and waffles. The shower had poor drainage, causing flooding issues when used.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to explore Amarillo from this hotel since it's just off the highway but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet while being only a short drive away from amazing spots like the Big Texan Steakhouse just down the street and within walking distance to the American Quarter Horse Museum which is less than a 10-minute stroll plus there are plenty of delicious restaurants and shopping options nearby making it a fantastic base for anyone who enjoys a good weekend walk but the hot breakfast could use a bit more variety to make it truly memorable.

The first room was crawling with ants, while the second one smelled like a harsh cleaning product. I couldn't even relax; it felt like I was trapped in a chemical lab. Total letdown!

Big rooms and comfy beds! Loved the air conditioning and the heated pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly. Had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. Beautiful courtyard with a gazebo. Fitness centre was a nice bonus. Quiet location off the highway. Elevator to the upper floors. Really enjoyed our time here.

Clean, spacious, and well-furnished room. The beds and pillows provided a comfortable stay, making it perfect for a one-night getaway. The breakfast was plentiful and well-stocked, complemented by friendly staff. some issues need attention. The key system felt outdated, and not all amenities were functional, like the hot tub and ice machine. I encountered minor inconveniences with room maintenance. Kudos to the front desk staff; they were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The manager was approachable and engaged with guests. For the price, it's hard to beat the value here, despite the areas needing improvement. With some upgrades, this could be a top-notch option.

The bed was comfortable and the right height for easy access. The shower was functional, though the water fluctuated. The room was clean but lacked sufficient towels-only two were provided. The TV worked well, enhancing our relaxation. Ambient lighting in the building felt dim, creating an unusual vibe. The complimentary breakfast was simple, just waffles and cereal, yet it was an enjoyable quick snack. Staff interactions varied; Rojelio was friendly, but the late-night service lacked enthusiasm. the hotel met our basic needs for a one-night stay without any major discomforts.

The breakfast was a highlight with a solid variety, and the spacious suites felt clean and welcoming. I loved the beautiful courtyard and serene ambiance, plus the indoor pool was a nice touch. the Wi-Fi was a major letdown; it was inconsistent and the staff's conflicting info about it was frustrating. For the price, I expected better attention to room cleanliness-we had to switch rooms due to unpleasant stains. Despite that, the staff were friendly and the location made it convenient for our needs, so I'd consider returning for the overall experience.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean.

I lost my jewelry after the housekeeper cleaned my room. The breakfast was underwhelming with cold potatoes and chewy side dishes.

We hit up the golf course nearby and had a rad time. The room was clean, comfy, and had plenty of space for all our stuff. The staff was chill too, always helpful and easy to talk to.

Wish there was a cooler hangout spot for party animals like us. Some late-night activities or a happening lounge would've been epic for us young party-goers.

During my xmas stay, the front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the security guard presence added a sense of safety to the property.

The breakfast was very basic and poorly managed. The staff appeared disengaged, causing congestion during breakfast.

The rooms were spacious with a kitchenette including a fridge and microwave. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. I loved the outdoor garden and gazebo, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work.

Some maintenance issues in the room like a broken sofa bed and limited TV channels. The hotel could use some updates to improve the experience.

Close to the art museum for some highbrow culture. Enjoyed the indoor pool and gym; felt like a fitness guru. Walking through the sundeck and gazebo made me feel like I was in a fancy garden party.

I loved feeling like I was in a dusty abandoned house from a horror movie.

We had a fantastic getaway with our little ones at this cozy spot that offers various fun activities, including golfing. The spacious room allowed our youngest, a toddler, to freely explore, while our older kids, under 16, had a blast playing in the courtyard and gazebo.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast trays were more accessible for kids.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on the recent stay at Ashmore Inn And Suites. Let's start with the positives, the breakfast spread was a solid win for me. I appreciated the variety offered, especially having eggs and sausage available. The bed was comfy too, which is always a big plus for a good night's sleep. there were a few things that could use some improvement. the air conditioning in both rooms we stayed in on the third floor was a major letdown. It either didn't work or took forever to cool the room down. Not ideal on a hot night, let me tell you. Another issue was the housekeeping constant knocking on the door early in the morning. It was disruptive, especially with a newborn trying to catch some z's. Plus, the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, those springs were not fun. As for amenities, the bar soap provided was subpar, not lathering well at all. The carpets seemed a bit dingy compared to the rest of the place too. And the breakfast could use some tweaking, the sausage and coffee weren't the best quality. the hotel was well-kept and had a nice aesthetic. The price was reasonable, which is always a bonus. it was an okay stay with some ups and downs. Just a heads-up on what to expect if you're planning a visit.

we got married in the courtyard gazebo last year, and the venue was excellent with events and last-minute changes. the staff was friendly and professional, and the rooms, swimming and gym facilities were well-maintained. the breakfast had plenty of options, and the location was easy to access from the highway.

Couldn't find any faults at all 😊
